Discription:

• It is used for color-fixing after dyeing by indigo. It can improve the washing durability and rub fastness obviously, as well as wet fastness.

Advantages:

1. good fixing property, which can improve soaping, washing fastness significantly.

2. no influence to the brightness and color of fabrics

3' uitable for all types of dye fixing cross linking and greatly improve washing and crocking fastness of fabric.

4. make it possible to dyeing and fixing in the same bath, shorten process.

Application method :

It depends on the fabric’s kinds, forms and the treatment methods.

The follow recipe is just for reference:

1. Immersion method:

Light color:  0.2~0.4% o.w.f

Middle:        0.4~0.8% o.w.f

Deep color: 0.8~1.14% o.w.f

50~60℃×10~20min

2. Padding method:

7-15 g/l (depends on the deepness of color)

Notes: Please adjust pH of the fabric to neutral before processing.
