Chemical Color Fixing Agent Liquid For Reactive Dye And Direct Dye Non Formaldehyde

Discription:

• It is used for color-fixing after dyeing by indigo. It can improve the washing durability and rub fastness obviously, as well as wet fastness.
• This product is environment friendly for not containing APEO and the formaldehyde. And it displays excellent fixing property and does not produce color change .

• No free formaldehyde and eco-friendly
• No influence to the brightness and color of fabrics
•  Improve the wet fastness
• suitable for all types of dye fixing cross linking and greatly improve washing and crocking fastness of fabric.

Application :

It depends on the fabric’s kinds, forms and the treatment methods.

The follow recipe is just for reference:

1. Immersion method:

Light color:  0.2~0.4% o.w.f

Middle:        0.4~0.8% o.w.f

Deep color: 0.8~1.14% o.w.f

50~60℃×10~20min

2. Padding method:

7-15 g/l (depends on the deepness of color)

Notes: Please adjust pH of the fabric to neutral before processing.
