Textile Industry Color Fixer Agent Compatible With Non Ionic Cationic Chemicals

Introduction:

It is used for color-fixing after dyeing by indigo. It can improve the washing durability and rub fastness obviously, as well as wet fastness.

This product is environment friendly for not containing APEO and the formaldehyde. And it displays excellent fixing property and does not produce color change .

Application :

It depends on the fabric’s kinds, forms and the treatment methods.

The follow recipe is just for reference:

1. Immersion method:

Light color:  0.2~0.4% o.w.f

Middle:        0.4~0.8% o.w.f

Deep color: 0.8~1.14% o.w.f

50~60℃×10~20min

2. Padding method:

7-15 g/l (depends on the deepness of color)

Notes: Please adjust pH of the fabric to neutral before processing.
